What is Lead Behaviour?

Modified on Wed, 10 Sep, 2025 at 8:37 AM

Lead Behaviour refers to the actions, signals, and engagement patterns of your leads across events, content, and campaigns - both online (digital) and offline (in-person at an event). It gives you a clear view of each lead’s interests, preferences, and level of interaction with your company.

By analysing the behaviour of your leads, you gain insights into where they come from, who they are, what they’re interested in, and how they engage or potentially plan to engage with your company, signaling intent and interest levels. This can include anything from content downloads and email clicks to meeting requests and badge scans.
