What is recency of activity?

Recency of activity displays how recently a lead engaged with your company. A lead who interacted yesterday is likely more engaged than one who hasn’t interacted in weeks or months, helping you gauge interest, make better informed decisions, and prioritise timely follow-ups.  

You can find how recently a lead has interacted with you and the action they took on their profile page under “Lead Activity” and selecting the “Interactions with you” tab.
