To get the most value out of your lead data, you can effectively track and organise them in two different ways - from the main Leads page, or directly from a lead’s profile page.
Through the Leads page, you can:
Export Leads: Download all lead data, which will be exported as a CSV file, for analysis or uploading to your CRM, ensuring you have the essential information at hand for strategic decision-making.
Filter Your Leads: Use a range of filters to refine your leads based on criteria such as job title, company size, last activity, and more, ensuring you can efficiently identify the right leads.
Manage Columns: Personalise your view by adjusting the columns displayed, allowing you to concentrate on the information that matters most to you.
Through a lead’s profile page, you can dive deeper:
Access Lead Profile Info: This includes essential information such as job title, company details, phone number, and email, ensuring you have all vital contact information readily available.
Understand Lead Interactions: Obtain insights into leads' interactions with you through “Lead Activity”, as well as with other products and content types. This information is crucial for tailoring your engagement strategy.
Segment Leads: Add or remove leads from specific segments to streamline follow-ups and prioritise your outreach based on customised criteria.
Favourite Leads: Mark key leads for easy access and prioritisation in future, enhancing your ability to engage with important prospects.
Rate Leads: Assign a rating between 1 to 5 stars based on your assessment of their profile, which will help you filter and prioritise leads more effectively.
Add Notes: Document key interactions with a lead that are visible to your entire team, facilitating seamless collaboration among team members.
Event Notes: Review notes captured during a lead's badge scan at an event to keep track of interactions and engagements.
These tools provide a structured approach to organising your leads in a way that suits you and your workflow best, while ensuring your focus remains on high-priority prospects.
