Buyer intent can be tracked across your entire lead list (aggregated) and at the individual lead level, specifically by the Ingredients and Products they are interested in - we capture their interest via Informa channels and long-term behavioural signals gathered both online and offline.
Aggregated intent
Aggregated intent reflects the total level of interest from all leads combined for a specific topic, for example, "Vitamins" or "Flavour Enhancers”. It helps you understand how strong the overall demand is for this topic across your entire list, which will support in shaping key messaging, content direction, and sales focus accordingly.
To find aggregated Buyer Intent Score:
-
Go to the Dashboard

- Under "Lead Activity", click on the Ingredients & Products tab
- Click on a category to display all the ingredients and products in a graph view
-
Hover over the bars to see the number of high, average, and low-intent leads

-
Click on a bar to open a list view of all leads interested in the selected topic
Individual Intent
Individual intent reflects how interested a specific lead is in a particular ingredient and product based on their actions, such as viewing relevant content, requesting product information, or attending a webinar. Use this information to understand each lead’s interest and engagement levels on a 1-1 basis.
To find individual Buyer Intent Score:
-
Go to the “Leads” page

- Click on any lead, or use the filters to find the one you’re looking for
- Under "Lead Activity", click on "Lead’s overall interest" and navigate to the Ingredients & Products tab
-
Click on a category to display all the ingredients and products in a graph view

- Hover over the bars to view the lead’s intent level for each topic
In short:
- Aggregated = ingredients and products interest trends across all leads
- Individual = ingredients and products interest at the sole lead level
